Pros: Great Value, High Quality, Adjustable
"They do seem expensive when compared to the standard Shimano pads that came with the bike but they have turned out to be a vast imporvement and well worth the money.
Very fiddly to fit but important to get it right. They provide a silent progressive bite and are wearing well. Anyone with v-brakes will do well to fit these."

They are ok but on the front lots of noise!!

"Replaced both back and front breaks a few months back. They are good still but the front breaks make an awful noise now. I've tried readjusting them but not much joy. Any ideas?? The back ones seem fine."

Great value brake pads

"I bought these pads for a hybrid bike in the hope that they would be effective in the wet and wintry conditions. I have only tested the wet so far and they have worked well.
The fittings were easy and self-explanatory. They fittings made them stick out further then my old ones which meant I had to loosen the brake cable.

"I use these for daily commuting in all weathers. Really excellent pads offering good stopping power in both wet and dry - and most importantly, no squeal. They also look great with good wear resistance. Very highly recommended especially for the price."

Looks the business

"Bought as spares. Looks a good quality brake shoe and should be better than brake pads in the normal metal shoe. The forks on my touring bike are quite narrow and it they will leave slightly more space between the brake shoes and the rim of the tyre for wheel removal"

"Excellent pads - deliver good stopping power and zero squeal. They are easy to fit onto standard V brakes and the components supplied are excellent quality.
Definitely worth spending 2-3 pounds extra on - these are far superior to a pair of cheap and nasty Clarks pads that I purchased 2 weeks earlier.

Solved my squeak and judder!

Seem to be much less grabby and as a result offer controlled and progressive breaking with no squeal or judder.

Great Stopping power without the noise

"I bought these to replace the stock brake pads that came with my Trek (tektro v-brake). I was never happy with the stopping power and when they were almost all eaten out, I went for these. I must say that first of all they are a breeze to install and have quite a nice length to them. They are easy to adjust (giving you leverage on the pad lengths). I was surprised with the stopping power. They really hug the rims tightly, and all this without a single squeak. I have been using these for the past month, and so far I barely got any residue coming out of them. Only drawback is that there does not seem to be a lot of meat of them, but maybe they will wear out very slowly. Highly recommended and price is well set."

Great break pads

"Changed my stock brake pads as they were getting worn out. These are absolutely brilliant and they don't squeak. The stopping power is fab and now the only thing I have to worry about is the rear tires getting worn from all the breaking. Great value."

"I bought these pads as a cheapish option when doing some maintenance on a friends bike. I didn't spend much time looking at anything but price as he doesn't ride particularly often and he's not too adventurous. I was really impressed with the pads though and will order them in future fo my own bikes.
