Good trousers – Grommet!
Pros: Adjustable, Durable, Good Fit, Great Value, Lightweight, Versatile
"I have had these trousers for about 6 weeks now. I have mainly used them for mountain biking round trails in the rain, mud and snow. They have work very well keeping me both dry and warm. They are conferrable to cycle in and don’t get in the way, like the adjustable length and the Velcro straps that keep the bottom of the legs out of the crank etc. One concern is I don’t think they will breathe very well so they may be a bit sweaty in the summer, but who uses over trousers in the summer? And for the cost they are very good. I am a size 32 regular in most normal trousers and I found the medium size on the second trouser length works well for me."

Excellent purchase for wet weather riding
Pros: Adjustable, Good Fit, High Quality
"I bought these trousers to replace a windproof pair of overtrousers for the winter and so far I have been very impressed.Generally Altura gear is very good quality and these are much the same. They have double velcro straps around the lower calf / ankle area to stop them getting caught up, adjustable length, great hi-vis sections, etc... I have been caught out in some pretty heavy down pours whilst wearing these and have remained almost 100% dry (some does get through but so little its more like being sweaty than wet from the rain). The only downside to these are that they feel a little 'rubbery' on the inside, which I found was not a good feel against my legs as they can stick around the knees. Its better to use these as overtrousers with 3/4 shorts or leggings underneath."

Robust wet weather gear
Pros: Durable, Attractive, Rugged, Good Fit
Cons: Expensive, Limited Color Choices
"Material is thick and water proof but is prone to sweating in humid environments. They look good and have quite a few vents to help breath."

Good looking high quality
Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, High Quality, Adjustable, Good Fit
"good quality, water seeped in at waste first time I used them but maybe I was a bit hasty getting them on and will be more careful next time. They are well made and look great. The length is good although could be a bit longer, the adjustable possibility does solve this however."

Pros: Durable, Great Value, good reflective at night
Cons: Poor Fit
"Although not the best of fit for me, these pants do keep you dry. A lot more comfortable when worn with tights as sweating is a bit of a problem"

Dry wet pants....
Pros: Great Value, Good Fit
"These pants not only fit the pig, but they managed to keep all the water out, and all the pig stink in...
the knee bits work a treat, being all knee-y and stuff, and they make a cool swooshing noise sometimes...
reflective bits are reflective, as advertised....
but mainly, the keep the rain off the pigs legs when riding, so, pig is happy
good work wet pants... good work

As close to waterproof as you will get.
Pros: Comfortable, High Quality, Adjustable, Lightweight, Versatile, Good Fit, look like a glow worm in the dark.
"Not being a top brand name junckie, i'm alway's on the lookout for a bargain. My old waterproofs had seen better day's, so with renewel in mind it was a choice between Altura & Endura. Went for the Altura, would strongly recommend you do the same. Have worn them for a few week's now & they are about as close to waterproof as your going to get unless you seal yourself in a plastic bag. Perfect fit & also having a night time ride home after late shift, no car driver can on any account say they didn't see you uless they are related to Mr.MaGoo. Cannot comment on long term durability, but they are getting some series use with no complaints. Go out & buy, you will not be sorry."

Good value for money
Pros: Great Value, Comfortable, Adjustable, Lightweight, Good Fit
"With length adjustment on the legs, these trousers are one of the few items that fit me well as I usually have to get a waist size too large as many trousers thedse days don't cater for long legged thin people.
The trousers themselves are easy to put on when wearing shoes and the large luminous stripes give an added sense of protection when commuting through the winter months. I have used them only on a small number of occasions so far but they have kept me a lot drier than my old pair and the added leg length has assisted in shedding a lot of water past my slighlty leaky overshoes, keeping my feet drier than normal.

Great fit and quality
Pros: Comfortable, High Quality, Good Fit
"Ok, first off I bought the 'large'. I'm 6'2 and slim, and normally wear a 32W, 34L or 32L trouser. Looking at all the reviews I was not sure it would be long enough but can confirm that with the 'extension' down it fits PERFECT (and that is with the waist up quite high as well to make sure they're under the coat). I've only worn these a few times, but have done a good half hour in pretty heavy rain and they kept me perfectly dry. The quality of these can be clearly seen - they look like well designed, quality items. Obviously I'll have to confirm that in a couple of years when I find out how long they last!"

Pros: High Quality, Adjustable, Lightweight, Good Fit, high visibility
"excellent waterproof and well visible for drivers only slight thing is all poppers round ankles which make them fit well and not get caught in pedals but lots to connect up dont wear too much underneath because you get warm cycling in them but strikingly fantastic vision at night"

Top Notch Gear
Pros: Great Value, Attractive, Comfortable, Adjustable, Lightweight, Versatile, Good Fit
"needed something warm, waterproof and comfortable for those cold wintery days and nights. Wiggle were doing a deal on these so I thought why not? What a bargain. Perfect fit, very comfortable, and very visible at night. I always wear cycling bib shorts underneath and have no issues with sweating as they breath easily. Very pleased."

bright & dry
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Comfortable, High Quality, Adjustable, Lightweight, Good Fit
"Fabulous piece of kit that you don't want to wear.
BUT !! If it does rain these are the trousers that you want to have in your backpack, to slip into, on those horrible wet days.
Excellent length adjustment, provided by numerous well positioned press studs that do their job.
I have found them to be completely waterproof, lightweight and easy to get into.
They do have a rubbery membrane type feel on the inside, but wearing, even a 3/4 length short under them, gets rid of the "sticking to the knees" effect that this has.
Also, an extra bonus is the reflectiveness aspect of them. Motorists see you from miles away.
