Excellent buy
Pros: Adjustable, Attractive, Comfortable, Durable, Good Fit, Great Value, High Quality, Rugged, Versatile, easy setup, generous remote cable length
"I have just got this trainer today, very easy to set up, out the box it'll fit a 700c size wheel, but it does come with an extra bracket to allow you to use a 26" wheel as long as it has a slick on it'll fit fine. A nice touch too is that they give you a standard quick release, as it relies on engaging over the wheel's quick release to secure the bike this way you can guarantee it'll be secure then!
The cable length for the remote adjuster is generous and lays out the way of the rotating pedals, nice big easy adjuster lever with 7 settings from easy(which isn't exactly easy!) through to pretty hard! This is the reason for 4 stars- it would be nice to have as few easier positions which would simulate bumbling along as a slow pace with little resistance and an easy ride. But if you forgive it this very minor negative its a FULL 5 STARS!
Build quality is good, nice and solid, heavy duty design, stable, very stable! and an easy and widely adjustable locking system to hold the wheel in place.
Noise wise, it is as loud as whistling a low note/ low level talking. Not at all loud really, and doesn't mean you need to turn the tv up just because your pedalling. Overall i'm very happy with my purchase, i've umm'd and arr'd over buying one of these trainers for a few years and with all this snow about i finally bit the bullet. Its my first trainer and i'm aiming to use it maybe a few hours a week. Its perfect for me/recreational rider or a commuter. I don't know what a fully pro'd up cyclist would rate it as, but for an everyday cyclist this is very hard to beat really. And at that price its pretty good value. Recommended!"

"returned the trainer after it failed. There are better alternatives in the same price band."
