Even better than the old one
Pros: Comfortable, High Quality, Lightweight
"I bought this frame with insurance money to replace a TCR SL 2009 frame which was written off in a race crash, and which I loved dearly. The 2010 frame is even better! They've done some more styling, but it is still solid as a rock,reacts well to acceleration, steers confidently and flies up hills (actually, I suspect it would fly up hills if it had a rider capable of flying up hills!).
I really can't imagine a better frame than this one."

Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, High Quality, Rugged, Adjustable, Lightweight, Good Fit, faster than you are
Cons: ten bob bike two pence legs

weight less than 15 gramms in it .
comfort. the old bike with a round planet x post is much more compliant than
the advanced with the giant post.
stiffness no contest the advanced sl is a rock. i tried a tcr advanced (non sl)
this weekend felt soft after the sl ,more comfort less speed.
handling the old tcr was very twitchy ideal for crits and fast pack rides but relax at your peril . the new sl corners sooooo mutch better/faster /harder/safer and confidently.
climbing in big gears far better feel small gears the same.
sprinting- no contest
at £1000 off you would be daft not too it has made me a better faster rider
its not as harsh as some but will kick you hard on big hits.

overall a quantem leap in cornering and sprinting. feels ridiculosly solid and secure looks the nuts as well. i went for the non isp for bike box and holidays looking foward to ripping down the up and hills in gran canaria early next year

Fantastic Frame

Giant TCR Advanced SL

"I have this years TCR and It is amazing, on the climes every pedal stroke goes to move the bike forward,on the decent it holes the road and does not jump around. Going into corners it grips the road. It is very light and responsive,As fast as I could ride, the bike remained stable and handling was accurate"
