"This will be a rather short review as so far I have only been out on my bike once since having the tyres changed but in that short time I can say that they are so far great as not only is the ride smoother but also faster as the rolling aspect is greater. And the peace of mind not having to worry about changing the tube is great too (being a lady who rides alone at times!)."

Tubeless? Pointless...
Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight
Cons: Wears Out Easily, Poor Fit
"An enormous faff to put on in the first place. I managed to get one tyre inflated without the need for CO2 canisters but not the other. Then they kept on deflating during my ride. Pumped more and more latex sealant in. Finally got it right four or five rides in only for the back tyre to puncture with a large piece of grit... unfortunate maybe, but I thought half the point of tubeless is to be more puncture-proof? Now riding front tyre tubeless, back tyre with an inner tube in (after removing a huge chunk of latex which had gathered in one part of the tyre). They do ride nicely, but are they that much of an improvement over my usual Contis? The answer has to be a resounding no I'm afraid."

Much Better than clinchers!
"Fairly easy to mount. Front went on with minimal fuss and inflated instantly with a floor pump. Rear was a little more demanding and took a CO2 cartridge to get seated. Did not use sealant and they loose 5 - 10psi overnight. Not a big deal as I always inflate and check before rides. These tires ride very smooth at 90psi front and 100psi rear. Very low rolling resistance & even lightened the handling on my bike. Love 'em, not going back to clinchers..."

The only way to go
Pros: Durable, Great Value, High Quality
Cons: hard to mount onm rims
"Like everyone says these tires are a bear to get on tubeless rims the first time (with practice down to 20-30 minutes) but they are well worth it. No flats in over 8000 miles (I use Stans NoTubes sealant). Riding lower tire pressures is definitely is more comfortable, especially on bad roads, and the grip on wet roads is much better. I've also mounted these tires on my old Mavic Open Pro rims. Easier to mount and using the Stans sealant they hold air great. I'm completely sold, tubeless is the only way to go."

High quality tyre - tubeless is a bonus
Pros: Durable, Comfortable, High Quality
"I bought a pair of these to go on some Ultegra 2-way fit wheels and convert to tubeless riding. Fitting was reasonably OK, not as difficult as I feared. Both tyres inflated with just a normal track pump as the beads make a pretty airtight seal even when not fully on the rims. They ride really well. They are a quality tyre with low rolling resistance but plenty of reassuring grip, no doubt helped by the supple tubeless setup. The 23c size rides as smoothly as my normal 25c Durano's and I had no problems on my weekend 100km ride. They also have a really great hollow hum. If I don't get a puncture on them then I will be a convert!"

So far so good
Pros: Great Value, Comfortable, Lightweight, Good Fit
"Only done 300km, but what an impressive set of tyres. I regularly commute over roads that seem to laced with glass shards, which cut the tread to pieces. In the 2 weeks of use so far, not a nick. Don't know whether it's the tyres, but my average speed has increased by about 5kph since fitting these tyres. Oh so smooth on the road running 95 psi rear and 90 on the front. As for the tubeless fitting, that I had been dreading, none of the drama I had read about, it was quite simple in my case. I rolled the tyres on the new Ultegra 6700 wheels. They were a little firmer, but that’s reassuring with a tubeless tyre. Then three pumps of the workshop pump. Pop, pop, pop all good. Threw in a bit of sealant and that was that. Not sure how these will wear, but my initial impressions are verrrrry positive indeed."

Quality at a great price
Pros: Durable, High Quality, Lightweight, Good Fit
"These tires and the whole tubeless set - up took less than 30 minutes to fit. I used Stan's Alpha 340 Rims, Effeto rim tapes, these tires and Stan's sealant.
The feel of the tires is amazing - they are lightweight and running at 90-100 psi, take a lot of vibe out of the bike. I highly recommend them for price, value for money and ease of fitment."

Go tubeless - right now
Pros: Durable, Rugged
Cons: Expensive
"5 punctures in 1 poxy week on my road bike.
I've been ghetto-tubeless on the mtb for a while and didn't know it was possible to go tubeless on the racer.
These fusion 3s are tyre milk compatible, unlike others, so you can run them with Stans notubes tape on non-tubeless wheels.
I run them at about 70 psi and punctures are a thing of the past.
They are a little expensive but it doesn't take long to spend 40 quid on inner-tubes does it?

comfortable and quick
Pros: Attractive, Comfortable
Cons: Limited Color Choices
"I had these on hand and was waiting until my clincher tyres wore out. After an early morning rear wheel pinch flat in a corner at 45kmh, I thought, thats it, no more tubes for me, time to fit the Hutchies.
Weight wise, they are heavier than the clincher and lightweight tube combo i was running which was a slight disappointment (40-50g) Once fitted to my Campy Shamal Ultras (yep they;re tight, three tyre lever job with soapy water to assist too) they inflated first time with no fuss with a floor pump (no messing around like my MTB with conversion kit)
On the road, they're silky smooth. I run 95-100psi as recommended for my weight as opposed to the 115-120psi I used to run in my clinchers. They dont feel as fast as you're not bouncing around with the lower pressure, but after 1200kms I am consistently beating my PB's on flat and hill climbs, so all I can say is they feel slower, but probably are not at all.
Downhill in corners, inperfections in road surface can be ironed out with the lower pressure and inspires confidence.
Coarse roads are where these tyres are great, after a 140km ride over some coarse roads, the comfort level was exceptional.
Highly recommended tyre, I'd be interested to try to atom too."

A great experience
Pros: High Quality, Good Fit
"On paper a tubeless tyre makes a lot of sense. So I ordered the Fusion 3's. They sat in the box for 4 weeks while I did other road races on conventional clinchers- just not sure that tubeless would do the same reliable job. A leap of faith; and I have fitted the Fusion 3's. They went on my Ksyruim Eletes far better than I thought they would i.e.no levers or drama. Inflated without fluid and rode round the block. Impressive. They are smaller diameter- about 21 mm, but give a better ride than 23c standard clinchers. Win-win. Left overnight and sure enough, one had lost pressure. So in with 30 ml of that white sealer (through the valve stem), slosh it around, and I haven't had to top up for a week -and counting. After a couple of hard 80km rides on course chip NZ roads my observations are- a more compliant ride, confidence inspiring, quality and lower windage. The compliance may make them feel slower because they are not bouncing around as much, but I think they are actually faster with better ride quality. Certainly the numbers stack up. The tyre itself is certainly very high quality. It remaims to be seen how user friendly the tubless system is, but so far I am impressed."

"Not as hard to fit as I thought. Took about 10 minutes to massage each one onto some Shamal 2 way rims with the aid of some good (Park Tools) levers. Gave each wheel about 30ml of Stans just to be sure. Roll well and seem to be wearing OK. Needless to say no hassles with punctures and the slightly lower psi makes for a smooth yet grippy ride"
