Versatile and unobtrusive

"Another great value jersey from dhb. The top doesn't have all the extra features that you might find on more expensive versions but the quality of the material and the sizing result in a great addition to the wardrobe for cooler days.
The sizing is as described (I have a 42' chest and the L is just right - close without being over tight) and the pockets are all secure and large enough. I have worn it comfortably with a base and mid layer around 6 - 12 degrees but even with a thicker jersey below the set up was too cool when the temperature was closer to freezing."

Utterly brilliant winter jersey
Pros: Great Value, Comfortable, High Quality, Good Fit
"I bought this to keep myself warm on 5+ hour training rides. With a base layer I have worn it out in -5C weather and it has kept be beautifully warm. The windstop layer works a treat and the wicking property is excellent. The high collar and long back / sleeves keep the wind out and there is masses of room for gels and other kit in the rear pockets; I can't recommend this jersey highly enough."

"I owned the previous version of this jersey. Wiggle were fantastic in refunding it after the zip fell apart (it seems some of the previous generation jerseys had a poor reputation for the quality of the zips).
This jersey fits very well (I am 6'2" with long arms!), the quality is spot on with the win slam fabric sections (worth noting it only forms front facing areas of the body and arms) working noticeably well.
This is excellent for temperatures of 5+ degrees; anything less and I found that I needed another layer (rain jacket) on top.
My only gripe is the white parts now have a pink tinge from the red colour running, but for performance and value, I really can't complain!"

Awesome jersey/jacket for the price

"I received this jersey in October as it was starting to get colder. Being a new cyclist, I had only ridden with thin flimsy summer tops, and the first time I used this I just couldn't believe the insulation it was giving me from the wind. A week before using this, I had frozen on a long evening descent down from the moors. Armed with this jacket and a single baselayer, I felt invincible and very comfortable. I've continued to use it all winter, sometimes with a lightweight waterproof/windproof shell.
The construction is great - the zip is solid and robust, easy to adjust with one hand whilst riding. Sleeve length is excellent. Pockets are great - the middle one has a lip covering it, and an inside zipped section, plus there is a little side rear pocket (zipped) with a key clip inside too - very thoughtful.
This jacket feels like it will last a long time.
Sizing - I followed the chart, and I might be tempted to try the next size up next time."

"東京で０度くらいなら、これで十分な防寒性能、防風性能です。首も長めなので、これだけで十分に風をしのぐことができます。身長172cmの私の場合、Mだと少し袖が長めでしたが。丈はジャストサイズでした。SサイズでもOKだったと思います。
This wear has enough perfomance around 0 degree. My height is 172cm and I select M size. Axtually length of arm is longer little bit, but it's no problem."

Another quality DhB product

"Worn mainly for commute of 150KM a week and long rides at the weekend.
The jacket is warm in the right places and altough a tad loose, fits well. The three rear pockets are roomy and the key hook is a nice touch despite being a bit stiff. The collar is nice and high but comfortable and the waist grip works well to keep the jersey in place when on the bike.
I'm 5' 7 and 62KG and the small is a little roomy (Extra small not an option) but it's fine with a base layer.
Not experienced the colours running when washed like other reviewers.
At this price I'd challenge anyone to buy better - really good value and looks great."

A Gentle Breeze...in December!

"With the intention to do more riding this winter i decided to invest for the first time in some "got to stay warm" clothes. The jacket;overall, is a good fit (a bit close around the "belly").
I wore it for a ride where i got caught in 2 snow showers and the cross winds made me wobble a few times. The jacket however kept me warm and it turned the wind into a gentle breeze that i felt on the back of my arms.
Since then I've wore it out and its just great,it also washes well.....follow the instructions.
I had read reviews about the dbh label and the general opinion that i got was - good kit at a reasonable price. Well i was not disappointed and i will be buying more from them"

Warm and windproof
"My wife bought one of these then I followed her lead. In anything but freezing conditions I wear it as an outer jacket with one or two base layers. If it's threatening rain, I just use one base layer and put my Gore Bike Wear jacket ontop. Lovely jacket. But difficult to machine wash, as even at a low temperature, the red colour bled onto the white, turning it pink."

Good value, solid product, not perfect

"I bought this as a "3 season" jacket to cover autumn, early winter and spring riding conditions.
The jacket is nicely made, the cut is good and fits me well. I'm 6 foot tall and slim and the medium fits me perfectly. The fit of the arms is a little looser than I expected, but is still very close cut, but will take a heavier weight long sleeved base layer under it (with tight fitting sleeves anything more than a Helly Hanson-type base layer would be a struggle, with these sleeves you can go to a thin fleece, or long-sleeved wool base layer for example).
The neck is particularly nicely cut with a high back and cut low enough at the front so that it doesn't catch on helmet straps or rub under your chin. You really feel as though you don't need a buff to fill the gap.
The only criticism I would make is that the windproofing does not close up closely around the chest, so that wind does creep in around the armpits. With a gilet on, this is not a problem, and in warmer weather it's also fine. I tend to find I wear a gilet in the morning and leave it off on the way home.
Overall, for the cost, this is an excellent jacket. As with all DHB jackets it could do with more reflective tape. I'd easily pay extra for more reflective coverage."

"Extremely will designed and warm winter top. Features such as: the high neck line; flap covered centre pocket; small zip pocket; and key ring (in one of the pockets) are excellent.
The size guide is spot on, the windslam fabric is excellent and it is great value.
However the choice of white trim is questionable, it took on a pinkish hue round the collar on the first wash (since faded slightly), this was a little irritating but not too serious. Best to wash it with a colour catcher the first few times!"

"Having followed the Size Guide I ordered a Large but being 6 ft 3 inches tall I was concerned about body and sleeve length. I need not have worried as it is a good fit, and the waist band is effective. I do find the neck a little stiff and high so I often ride with the zip down an inch or so."
