Great bag
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, Comfortable, Rugged, High Quality, Adjustable, Versatile, Good Fit
Cons: Expensive, Bulky, Limited Color Choices
"This bag is of an excellent quality. It is very usable and I have taken it with me to uni every day since I received it. There are plenty of pockets (so many in fact I'm still working out what each one is for!) and the bag can easily be compressed using the side straps or expanded by unclipping the side straps. There is also a waist strap and a sternum strap which makes the bag more comfortable to carry, especially on a day with exceptionally heavy books or more walking. I chose the blue version of the bag (since it was the only one available at the time of purchase) and am happy with the colour. I would highly recommend this bag."

Excellent travel/aeroplane carry on hand luggage
Pros: Durable, Comfortable, High Quality, Rugged, Adjustable, Versatile, Good Fit
"I bought this to replace an old rucksack i used as aeroplane carry on hand luggage to take on holiday. I used this to carry a compact camera, ipod touch, ninetendo DSI games & chargers to keep me amused on the plane. It also swallowed up a waterproof jacket and a light jack wolfskin down jacket with ease. It's well made with excellent quality materials. When used as a rucksack it's very comfortable on your back. I like the stow away waist belt as i don't use it often but it's there if you need it. The water bottle pockets actually hold bottles without them falling out. It held everything my wife and I needed when out and about or going to the beach. The many pockets/organizer sections are very handy for keys, money, passports, currency etc and the lap top/tablet section is well padded and protects your laptop, netbook, ipad etc very well. All in all a very good rucksack. To some it may seem expensive but I think it's worth the money."

Dissapointed
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Comfortable, High Quality, Good Fit
Cons: Unattractive, Limited Color Choices
"I was really looking forward to getting this back pack. And indeed when it arrived I found it capacious, attractive, apparently excellent quality and practical. My disappointment came from the fact that it was not the colour that I thought I had ordered. I thought I had ordered the model which is dark blue and black (I had checked the "blue-black" box) but in fact the one that arrived was the one with bright blue and orange trimmings, which I personally find quite ugly. I should have checked the "deepwater blue" box. It's my fault, of course, as I should have checked the labelling more carefully. And it's more a problem of the manufacturer than of Wiggle. I think they should rename it "black with light blue/orange"."

North Face Surge
Pros: Durable, Attractive, Comfortable, High Quality, Rugged, Adjustable, Versatile, Good Fit
Cons: maybe too many pockets
"I checked this and several similar rucksacks in shops before buying the NF Surge. It is good, with plenty (probably too many) pockets and pouches, just make sure you keep things in the same place and you won't go wrong. But best of all is it is tough wearing and good colour choices. I use it for travel, for work and holiday. Highly recommended. There are you tube videos showing the rucksack and all it's glory."

"Great pack purchased for the ride to work. Very comfortable, I carry heaps in it, incl a laptop and it feels like there is hardly anything in it when it's on my back. Loads of diff storage compartments. Looks great."

Just what I've been looking for
Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Adjustable, Lightweight, Good Fit
Cons: Expensive
"I'm a Police officer and I've been looking for a kit bag to carry everything that I (may) need. I was using a holdall that became a tardis and therefore very heavy. I was carrying far too much stuff and it was all very disorganised. Now EVERYTHING has a place and i can keep tabs on where it all is. It's smaller, lighter and much more comfortable than swinging my old holdall over my shoulder.
The bag has 4 main compartments; allowing me to keep my paperwork folder (designed for a laptop), jacket and hat, forensic evidence gathering kit and other items such as a camera, tissues, spare batteries etc, etc all separate.
It's so good i might buy another for personl use, but i'd probably only use half of the pockets/compartments as there are so many.
I can't comment on the quality and durability of the product, but i'm hoping that North Face's reputation and pricing will be proportionate to the bag's ability to stay in one piece."

Comfortable back pack
Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, High Quality, Adjustable, Versatile, Good Fit
"Like many I carry a laptop around for work, as well as an assortment of other work related papers. I moved from a brief case to a rucksack a while ago to protect my back and to distribute weight over both shoulders as opposed to one. This is one of the most comfortable day sacks I have owned. It fits well and has a good level of adjustment that allows me to use it eithe on foot or on my bike.
It is not as cheap as some day sacks that you can get but I think for the comfort and multiitude of pockets it is worth it."

Great backpack
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, Comfortable, High Quality, Adjustable, Versatile, Good Fit
"Expensive backpack but it’s worth the price. I bought it for my husband for our long holiday to Europe. Many pockets are useful and secure. This quality and comfortableness can’t compare with cheap one. I am very satisfied with this backpack."

Quality
Pros: Durable, Attractive, High Quality, Rugged, Adjustable, Versatile
Cons: Limited Color Choices
"Bag is a laptop bag with thick foam backing between the laptop compartment and your back which makes it rigid side to side.
3 main compartments plus a funny forward compartment for keys and the like with a zippered foldout arrangement.
Quality stands out as markedly better than cheapo $30 bags."

Says on the tin
Pros: Durable, Comfortable, Rugged, High Quality, Versatile
"I needed a sturdy reliable bag to commute to work with, and this had everything that i was looking for. The laptop pouch is well protected and the other compartments gives me enough room for my big (size 11) running trainers and winter running clothing, plus anything I need for work. I bought a cheaper rucksack before and it couldn't handle the bumpy surface of the Old Kent Road causing the straps to fray and break after four months, as they say buy cheap and buy twice, this one however is very well made and seems like it would be able to take any amount of tension.
All in all, a good purchase"

Very good rucksack
Pros: Durable, Attractive, Comfortable, High Quality, Rugged, Adjustable, Versatile
Cons: Expensive
"I've only been using this backpack for a couple of weeks but I'm very happy with it. I bought it to replace an old faithful which had worn out and is no longer made. It's comfortable on the back and remains so when riding a bike. There's loads of space and storage pockets and the zips and seams are good quality, though you would expect that for the money. I like the laptop pocket and that will be useful when I head back to uni. I'm a fan of the Surge."
