"I bought these as my rear brake just wasn't working well enough, and it clearly states in this title "Shimano STi Brake or Gear Cable Set", which conforms to my brakes.
However, they come in the most complicated set with scarcely any instructions. After much research I mailled Wiggle who said I needed the extra extension kit at £18.95!!!
I decided to use these as my new gear cables and bought some Gore BikeWear Professional instead.
Now, it was still a guessing game to whether I was going to install them correctly, and I'm still not sure I have - as, the cable coming out of my right STi lever to the cable-stop tends to kink and doesn't look smooth (unlike the left one).
However, after all this, they do work well and shift extremely quickly and precisely; despite the kinks in the right cable, I recon they look pretty cool too."

Fantastic durability and quality

"The first time you fit these they seem a bit of a fiddle but boy is it worth the effort. They just last and last. I have used Gore ride-on and everything else before these but nothing comes close. Well worth the money. Pretty too."
