"Saucony Ladies Grid Fastwitch 4: these running flats are awesome they feel so light and fast. In a triathelon the water just seeps out the holes therefore maintaining comfort and lightness. The shoe fits like a glove and I haven't had a blister yet. In a triathlon these shoes are very easy to to put on and take off, extremely important as evey second counts in a race and I hate losing a race because of a poor transition. I just love the bright colours mine are a bright neon orange. My mum is happy too because they are a reasonable price and long wearing, but I love love love the awesome bright colour and how they look"

Very bright, but very fast

"I purchased these shoes as my racing flats having found my normal
runners quite heavy to run in.

I have flat feet and roll in so it can often be difficult to find a racing shoe that suits my foot type and with the right amount of stability.
I've now worn these shoes in 3 races (10km, 7km and 5km) and couldn't speak more highly of them.
Not only are they super light but because of their minimalist strucuture and cushioning they have helped me improve my form. I find I run more on my forefoot with these shoes and get more effecient propulsion with each step.
The wear and tear on the bottom of them isn't too bad either. I find them quite comfortable and the inside lining is very smooth and soft.
I am planning to wear them for my next half marathon.
The only downside (if you could call it that) is that due to their ridiculously bright orange colour, it is difficult to find a race day outfit to match!"

"Firstly I am a Saucony fan - these shoes are lightweight and extremely comfortable. Have only been for a couple of runs in them but so far no complaints. I love the colour - I purposely chose a different colour as am sick of plain looking shoes. The only bad thing about that is not having a lot of clothing that matches! Performance wise and quality wise a great stability shoe - no problem at all!"
