Pros: definite benefit, easy to use, good quantity
Cons: Expensive, flavour
"Yes you can get a kick from these. Though not sure how you can disguise the taste. A quick swill with water is usual but it has a distinct residual flavour"

taste good
"citrus flavour - these really tasted much better than expected - quote enjoyed them - seemed to have enough energy on ride so I giess they played their part in that - diffcult to measure the boost and kick in time but if cliam true well worth having on ling cycle"

"I received one of these free when i purchased another item, my god what a fantastic product, the energy i had after i used it was unreal.
While i was cycling i kept thinking just slow down but i could not, i pushed harder and harder to see how much and how long i could sustain my speed for. i normally do just 12.5 mile commute but added another 10 miles just for the extra energy i had, cant rave enough about this item, the only downfall is the price."
