"These are good base layer tops. Wore this under my normal top & didn't feel anything getting through on those -5 mornings. Would recommend getting a size bigger then what you would get because they do really compress!! i'm normally medium but it was too tight, should of got large."

"I mainly opted for this as my arms were getting cold whilst cycling. I needed something fast and at a reasonable price.
This product is great. Feels great and wouldn't ride without it. I will also use it whilst running.

Annoying internal labels
"In terms of compression, this top is absolutely fine. Unfortunately there are three large and one small label attached to the inner seam of the top. These have drawn blood during long training sessions and cutting them out would only cause even worse friction. I'm amazed the designers haven't thought about the importance of having smooth seams on tops that are worn so close to the skin. I can't see me using this for long training runs."
