"I bought the Aqua belt for a different use.
Instead of paying more for a childs float belt it was cheaper to purchase this.
I have had my grandchildren using it and I also use it for my swimming lessons, as the child gains more confidence ( also has more freedom with arms) I remove a block. I'm sure it is a fantastic Aqua belt but for me It's a fantastic swimming aid."

Great pool workout!
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Comfortable, High Quality, Adjustable, Lightweight, Good Fit
"Having hurt my back, I was keen to maintain my fitness without causing further damage. The Aqua belt holds you in an upright position in the water so you can 'jog'. You can 'jog' on the spot or make progress through the water - albeit slowly. It's easy to adjust the intensity of the exercise but if you really go for it, it is hard work!
I do feel a bit self-conscious and wonder if the lifeguards think I can't swim, so I take the belt off occasionally and swim a couple of lengths just to prove it!!
There are classes available for Aqua jogging but I want to be in control of my pace while my back is recovering. The Aqua belt is a very useful addition to my fitness collection and gives a great intensive but low impact workout."

"Wanted a swimming aid that was not too obtrusive and this ticks all the boxes! Buoyant but doesnt look too childish when you are learning to swim in middle age"
