Watch for cross threading
Pros: Great Value, Attractive, Lightweight, Versatile
Cons: Low Quality
"This set is great, bright and compact, however, the rear light doesn't switch modes, as it only stays on, even when I try to change the modes. This is fine for me, as I only use it in a constant state. The front however performs functionally fine, but when I first tried installing the battery, the lid cross threaded the body far too easily and now it's a bit of a hassle to put the battery back in after recharging.
These small issues aside, it's still a quality product and I'd buy another set should the need arise.

Super product!
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Rugged, High Quality, Lightweight
"The only commuter lights you will ever need. This product is manufactured to Exposure's usual high standards - the lights are super-bright, the attachment system is utterly foolproof and secure, and it all comes in a handy case to keep it all together. The rechargeable batteries are excellent - I've been using them for 4/5 hours per week for the last month or so (in flash mode) and they're still going strong.
If you think you'll need them, then buy them. It will save you money in the long run - when compared with buying inferior products which fall apart, stop working when it rains, etc...."

Very bright, very light
Pros: High Quality, Lightweight
Cons: Unadjustable
"Lights and charger come in an impressively large zipped carry case. For their size they put out an impressive beam and are smaller than you would imagine, small enough to store in a small saddle pouch even and great for commuting. The attachment is very stretchy and fits even the biggest saddle post or bar diameter - very quick too if you need to take the lights on and off a lot to stop them being stolen. The front light beam pattern is fairly narrow and not enought to navigate by but that is not the purpose of these lights. The rear light has a diffuser widening the visible angle. My only criticism is that the angle mount for the rear light is fixed so there is no way of angling it up or down if you seat tube angle is too steep/shallow to level it."

Great when they work
Pros: Lightweight, Good Fit
"These could be great lights, the rear in fairness has been good.
However ride over anything bumpy and the front stops working/changes mode. I have also seen this happen with the rear light on someone else's bike as I followed in chain gang.
I use these more as safety lights than pure night riding and would not trust them 100% if my only light option.

Brighter than a thousand suns
Pros: Attractive, Rugged, High Quality, Good Fit
Cons: Expensive
"I just put the front and rear lights on to flash mode any time I'm out, day or night - whatever the conditions these babies make sure that everyone sees you and gives you a wide birth. Rechargeable batteries means that you don't even have to think twice..."

This changes everything!
Pros: High Quality, Rugged, Adjustable, Lightweight, Versatile, super bright
"Finally, someone has got road bike lighting right.
I can't remember being this impressed with anything for my bike in a long time. These lights are so bright you can see where you're going, but more importantly, you look like a fire engine from behind, and you're visible for at least half a mile. For long, lone rides in the dark I can't stress how much of a difference this makes.
The lightweight design is great, and the fact that they're machined out of aluminum rather than made from plastic makes me feel these lights will last a long time.
The stretchy straps that attach the lights mean that there's no screwing the lights on to your bike and they can be removed in an instant. I also love the fact that I won't need to buy 30 AAA batteries this winter.
Great job!"

The best lights ever
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, Rugged, High Quality, Lightweight
Cons: Expensive, Unadjustable
"I have gone through numerous sets of lights however these are the best I have ever used - they are small powerful and if you get the rechargeable option very very economical. Also Strong, and very bright.
The only issue is the way they switch on and off - a little inconvenient having to twist on and off but even that is a minor irritation. Aslo coming from Australia I'd expect an Aussie plug but hey, you cant have everything!"

Small but effective
Pros: Attractive, Adjustable, Lightweight, look good
Cons: Limited Color Choices
"Very happy with these lights so far. They are lightweight, good looking lights that are easy to move from bike to bike. The lights unclip easily from their holders."

Pros: Rugged, High Quality, Lightweight
"The rear light in particular is very bright, and the flashing mode works really well. It goes to a lower intensity and a bright flash once a second or so. If your riding as part of a group, the rear is a bit too bright for people behind you, so you tend to get relegated to the back of the pack. The battery life is pretty good. I tend to go about 6 hours between charging them, and there's still loads of life left at that stage.
The front light doesn't last so long as the rear. With a fully charged battery you can ride on that alone, but you'll only get about 1.5 hours before its too dim to do that. However, when you consider the things are about the size of your thumb, its pretty impressive. I tend to leave the front light off, and carry it just as a back up. I have a pretty powerful front light anyway, so my reason for buying these was really the rechargeable rear light.
The mount for the front light is excellent, however the mount for the rear light tends to move around your seatpost a bit. A strip of rubber on it would probably fix that. I use the optional extra saddle mount for the rear light, which is significantly better, as it fixes it in place.

Great light set
Pros: Attractive, High Quality, Lightweight
"These lights are great. Really well-made, compact and highly visible, especially on their pulse setting. They're also really easy to put on and take off, so you don't have to have them fitted all of the time."

Great set of super-bright lights
Pros: Great Value, High Quality, Lightweight
"These Exposure lights really set the standard for lightweight rechargable bike lights. They are compact and extremely lightweight but their output is easily comparable with lights twice the price.
Fitting is simple and secure and there are two settings on each light.
They come delivered in a nice swanky case which holds lights and re-charger to keep them protected when they're not on the bike.
Highly recommended."

Excellent commuting lights
Pros: Rugged, Lightweight, Versatile
"I have commuted daily by bike for more than 20 years and have been through many different lights. These are excellent for commuting, very bright, and flashing helps you stand out. Simple, light, and nicely made. One minor gripe is that the thread on the lens on one of mine was crossed, so I have to be careful putting it on after taking the battery out. I probably should have sent it back, but it works well, and is not too much of a problem."

Great but not perfect
Pros: High Quality
Cons: Expensive, Unadjustable, Poor Fit
"These lights are great, very bright and really get you noticed. My only gripe is that the mounting brackets could be a bit more sophisticated. The front bracket is not bad but the back has a pre-determined angle and on the 3 bikes I've tried it on (Racer-Types) it points at the ground and not horizontal as it should. Other than that they are bright and neat and to be recommended."
