Works very well
Pros: Durable, Comfortable, Rugged, High Quality, Adjustable, Good Fit
Cons: Expensive
"The actual Turbo trainer is excellent - very robust, well made, very simple to put up and fit the bike to and works you hard. the higher the gear, the harder the work, and it really brings on the sweat! I looked at all of the range, and was told that the adjusters available on some models were a waste of time.
The mat is useful to protect the floor - thicker than I expected and will last well.
You get 2 x shell stands (I didn't realise) and you certainly need at leads one to work it comfortably.
The sweat band is interesting! The pockets are very useful for throwing the iPod into.
Overall - a very good set up of everything you could want!"

Pros: Great Value, Rugged, High Quality, Lightweight, Good Fit
Cons: Unadjustable
"very pleased with my purchase. very easy to set up and very easy to use.
It came with 2 riser blocks which was a surprise so uphill spin is feasible.
there is a little noise from the trainer but i have no point of reference as first time i have used one.
amazing how much a 30 minute session can break out a sweat.
the only downside is no way of adjusting roller wheel whilst on bike but i think that is fairly normal."

Great Trainer
Pros: Great Value, Attractive, High Quality, Adjustable
"Easy to set up and adjust to bike. Is very quiet. Out of the saddle is Questionable on a hard hit out but that may just be me getting use to it. All in all an excellent choice now that the wet season has arrived."

Great
Pros: High Quality, Rugged, Good Fit
"I am really happy with my purchase. The CycleOps Fluid 2 is easy to assemble, sturdy and very, very quiet. I was using an older wind trainer before this purchase, and the difference between the two is huge. I haven't used the DVD yet, but tried out the other accessories; all of which make for a better training session."

Winter Training
Pros: Comfortable, Adjustable
Cons: Expensive, Unattractive, Bulky
"A useful piece of kit for when the weather is bad, but do not use a good bike on in because of the sweat and if you are using it indoors a dehumidifier is useful"

For those bad weather days
Pros: High Quality, Rugged, it's a lot warmer indoors in winter
Cons: boring
"My son bought one of these - I tried it and was hooked.
Very easy to put the bike on it. Simply change the back wheel quick release skewer with the heavier one provided and clip bike in with the quick release clamp on the trainer.
It's boring on a trainer but this is the best I've ever tried and encourages me to keep fit when it is too icy to get out to do the 'real thing'. Unlike a dedicated exercise bike your bum is on your usual saddle and you're in your normal riding position.
Oh yes and simply change gear as normal to make it harder or easier.

Everything you need
Pros: Durable, Rugged, High Quality, Adjustable, Versatile, Good Fit
"This is a great turbo trainer, pretty quiet and has everything you need in the kit. The mat is tough and big enough to protect the floor completely and the riser blocks give plenty of height variation. All in all a great way to indoor ride!"

Superb
Pros: Attractive, High Quality, Rugged
"Having been looking at buying a turbo for a while, I opted for this after seeing a good review in a certain weekly cycling magazine.
Arrived just in time for the start of the snow and ice, and I turbo'd my way through most of december.
As it comes out of the box, everything feels solid and good quality, and once set up the bike is held firmly in place.
The feeling is smooth and very much like being on the road. There is a nice range of resistance allowing both gentle spins and all out handle bar chewing efforts."

Useful product
Pros: Durable, Comfortable, High Quality, Adjustable
Cons: bike thong not needed
"I found this to be a good buy and it has certainly helped during those icy days.
Very sturdy construction.
Only negative is not able to really simulate uphill, might be I need to learn more about it though.
