Great buy
Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, High Quality, Lightweight, Good Fit, wind stopping
"Have only used these once but was very impressed with their performance. Excellent wind stopping, ideal for colder days when full length shorts aren't needed. Good fit, look great, the grippers at the top aren't too tight. Overall really pleased with these knee warmers. Perfect for cooler rides."

Small means SMALL
Pros: Durable, Attractive, Comfortable, High Quality, Good Fit
Cons: Expensive, tight sizing
"Great product.
The fit is very snug - not designed for people with thighs - maybe order a size up on your usual.
They do roll down a bit, but i put this down to the fact that they are a sung.
They repel water VERY well.
Great alternative to tights.
Soft inside really good quality.
Worth paying the little extra for a really nice piece of kit.

"Not a huge amount to get excited over, but quite capable at, you know, keeping your knees warm. Nanoflex fabric has a good go at beading water off, so even after pretty heavy rain your skin is left damp rather than soaking (west coast of Scotland, so you can trust me on rain). Fit is ok based on the sizing guide given. Lettering won't last long, but it should peel off to leave a smart all-black pair, so not fussed about that. Probably a bit pricey unless you're confident that you're going to be getting wet regularly."

How to keep your knees warm!
Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Good Fit
"Use these for the last few weeks and they are great, too warm for shorts only and too cold for long johns?-then these could be the answer.
They fit well and don't move once you have them in position under your shorts.
Only one minor niggle is that parts of the Castelli lettering is starting to come off after half a dozen washes, it's a minor thing and would not stop me recommending them."

Good product
Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, High Quality, Good Fit
"Yes, these work well.
Large fit me well - 6 feet tall & slim. Fit between mid-thigh to mid/lower calf. Quite snug, even for a slim build, but this is ok for me as they feel supportive.
Kept out drizzle, as suggested. No experience in heavier rain yet.
Wondered whether knee warmers did anything different from full leg warmers, but actually liked the feel in cool, not cold weather, no over-heating.
Logo is large and prominent, but hey its a good make, so why not?"

Very good alternative if you're not a fan of tights."

Good
Pros: Comfortable, warm
Cons: huge logos
"Usually medium-size is slightly too big for me and leaves some wrinkles around the knee. In the case of Castelli, medium-size is perfect. The knee warmers are tight and even compresses my muscles a little bit, but without being uncomfortable or leaving temporary marks on my skin.
The fabric is thick enough with a comfortable and warm brushed inner side. Its elasticity is very good. The cut is quite long for knee warmers as they easily cover my calves and beyond. I didn’t test them in the rain yet (and hope I will never have to do), but the hydrophobic properties of the tissue are working efficiently. The upper extremity has silicon bands on both sides to have a grip on the skin and the shorts at the same time.
The color is not exactly black and has a little bit of gray. It is not that I am fussy about those details, but the color difference is clear between the Castelli wamers and Castelli bibshorts. Also the logos are way too big. I don’t mind a small inscription or the company logo, but this is simply too much. On top of that, the decals will probably cracks and/or peel after several usage."

SIZE CONFUSED

Pros: Attractive
Cons: Expensive, Poor Fit
"According with the size table I need a M size, but they fit me very tight so I needed to change the product for the size more. The M size slide in my legs.
I am 1.78 tall and 72kgs.
For the arm warmers the M size is ok for me.
The fabric is very good, but not very warm,
Castelli logo is big but wear very fast. It became to lose parts of the letters in two uses. A point to check by castelli brand
They are very expensive

Pros: High Quality, Good Fit
"Really quite astonishing. Water beads up and falls off effortlessly. I've never seen waterproofing this good in any piece of outdoor gear (hiking, backpacking, cycling...) I've ever owned.
The fit is good (as advertised), but I do occasionally get a bit of rubbing from the seam, which runs underneath the knee (seems a dopey design, frankly)."

Nice item
Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, High Quality, Good Fit
"I would never buy 3/4 length Bib shorts, so having these gives give me some extra warmth until having to get the bid tights out.
Not such an issue with sizing or comfort as I have found with arm warmers, and they stay up perfectly.
Fabric and design are worth the extra imo

Great for Autumn and Spring
Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Adjustable, Lightweight, Good Fit
Cons: Low Quality, Limited Color Choices
"Have covered now 1000km in these before I wanted to review them, now I can say they are good and I'm happy with them. I bought the white ones. They are long enough to be able to replace 3/4 length shorts, the upper inside grippers work well too. I wash my cycling clothing gently by machine on low heat 30deg, and I have noticed the black writing on one slightly coming off. They are warm too due to the fleece inner lining which is great. Overall happy. By the way, for sizing, for me large was fine, I am 1.82m, 81kg, normal leg length. Have fun."

Wonderful
Pros: Great Value, Attractive, Comfortable, Good Fit
"Supurbly warm (its Asutralia - so its not that cold maybe 3 degrees with wind chill campared to Europe). With that said they don't make you sweat like crazy if you go touring either. Great Fit to, bottom of calf muscle to halfway up quad (M size)"

Worth it.
Pros: Comfortable, High Quality, Good Fit
"I bought these for cold weather riding in the NZ winter, and they are well worth it. Easy to get on. Good fitting, don't slip at all and do not irritate the skin, or bunch up around the knees, and keep me warm from the wind chill. Haven't tested them in the wet but no doubt will soon enough."
