Great tyres despite the price
Pros: Durable, Comfortable, High Quality, Lightweight
Cons: Expensive
"I moved from alu clinchers to carbon tubulars last year and wanted a tyre that was fast but reliable enough to confidently go for 150km+ solo rides.
After riding 15,000kms on clincher GP4000S tyres without a puncture I chose GP4000S tubulars.
All the characteristics of the GP4000S clincher are retained with all the added performance benefits of tubulars.
I run sealant for extra confidence and am yet to puncture after 6months.
Vittoria are quicker and lighter and might suit race day applications but I wouldn't ride them on solo training rides or long sportives."

never get a flat
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Comfortable, High Quality, Rugged, Versatile
"A great product
I ride 20 000 km /y
I can ride a set for 6000 km until I ride on the structure or near.
I never get a flat if I got a pinch just had a little of sealant and you will ride it until it worn out.
A great tubular if not the best"

Cant say enough
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, High Quality, Lightweight
"I have used Continental Grand Prix 4000 Tubular tires for over 2 seasons with no punctures no changing of the tires at all never had a issue. These are the best tires that you could possibly buy.
I cant say enough about them. They have carried me to wins from club events to national event wins. If the top pro tour teams use this tire, why shouldnt you?

Great Tyre
Pros: High Quality, Lightweight
Cons: Expensive
"The Conti GP 4000s clincher is my favourite race tyre so when I moved to tubular this was the obvious tyre choice.
Fitted easily, rolls smoothly and with 100psi inflation is very, very comfy. Corners confidently in both the wet and dry. The soft black rubber does seem to pick up small flints but no punctures yet. Not sure how durable they will be though.

Smooth as silk
Pros: Comfortable, High Quality, Good Fit, smooth
"I upgraded my conti sprinters to the 4000's and instantly found a very noticeable difference. I glued them onto my mavic carbone ultimates and took them for a spin 2 days later. These tyres are incredibly smooth and give really good feedback without feeling every lump and bump. They give you the impression of being quite sticky and corner very well. There's a general sense of feeling positive and responsive from them, that gives you extra confidence out of the saddle or on tight descents too. Great tyres - stick 'em on and you won't look back!"
