Does the job perfectly

"This is the first one of these types of devices I've used. I searched online for alternatives however a few reviews of poor build quality and durability put me off the others.
This one looked good to me and I had heard of the Muc-Off brand before.

I don't have a work stand for my bike so it was a bit of a fiddle holding the device, spinning the chain and stopping my bike from wandering with only two hands, but I got the hang of it after a while. A previous reviewer is correct in saying that there is quite a lot of drip from the chain. With my other spare hand(!) I managed to hold a rag lightly against the chain as it was exiting the wash, this caught quite a lot of the excess.
All in all I was very impressed with the device, my chain was badly in need of some attention and after using the chain cleaner it is looking ten times better. It feels fairly sturdily built and is easy to clean afterwards. It's in the same price range as the competition so I can't say it is expensive in fact £15 -£18 is a fair price I think.

In my opinion the chain cleaner is only as good as the cleaning fluid you use with it and I used Park Tool cleaning fluid with this device."

It's still messy, but not as bad as it could be...

"I bought this in order to try to help protect the garage floor when cleaning the chain. This device works well, although it took a little while to get the hang of holding it in just the correct position to stop the chain from coming off the sprockets. Once you have the hang of it, it is pretty simple really....
However, there will still be a fair degree of drip from the "cleaned" chain onto the floor, so a floor-covering is still essential.
Overall, this device works well and I am glad I have it and will continue to use it. Whether it is worth about £20 is another question....."

Use this with the Muc off Chain Cleaner

That is all I have to say it's just brilliant and if you are the guys who like cleaning the bike but dont have the time to clean every linke with an old toothbrus this will make life a lot easier.
I have naver used anything like this before and I can ensure you it wont be the last time, easy to use and easy to clean"

Better than the rest?
"A good solid chain scrubber, a big improvement on the first one.
Does the job well, looking forward to mucoff bringing out the chaincleaner in a bottle, sept hopefully and hopefully at a good price...
At this moment I would say it is better than the other makes but only time will tell, hopefully it won't crack and leak fluid like some others I've had after 6 months..."
