Schwalbe Durano S Performance Folding Tyre

The faster Durano that is the true successor to the Stelvio. Dynamic slick profile and lots of colours available. Somewhat less durable than the regular Durano, but lighter and with lower resistance.

Reliable Rubber
Pros: Durable, Attractive, Comfortable, High Quality, Good Fit
"I got 5500km out of a set of these without one puncture. There were several deep cuts from glass and debris, but not one of them penetrated the protective belt. They're not the lightest tyres around, but a few extra grams is a small price to pay for puncture-free riding."

Great all round tyre
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, Rugged, High Quality, Good Fit
"I've used various Schwalbe tyres over a number of years. The Durano is my choice for all round performance with good puncture resistance. Plus I can buy coloured tyres to match my bike. Perfect.
Thousands of kms without puncture on large stone chip NZ roads with plenty of glass in for good measure.
Easy to fit by hand too, not that I've needed to change a puncture for some time.

Near perfect training tyre
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Comfortable, High Quality, Rugged
"Never thought I'd find a better training tyre than the now elusive Michelin Krylion's, but now I have a new favourite .
These tyres have lasted through my base training (500km+ a week) in some awful conditions, ridden through glass, gravel, dirt roads etc and have always had complete confidence in them.
They inspire confidence not only in their seemingly superhuman puncture resistance but also cornering predictably and traction after an albeit lengthy period (2-3 months) of breaking in.
Of course they aren't exactly the lightest or fastest tyres around but compared to other so called 'bombproof' tyres I've tested, you'll struggle to notice the speed difference.
Amazing tyres, keen to test the long awaited Michelin Pro4 Endurance's, but after my new found love with the Schwalbe Durano S's it will be hard to justify."

Pros: Durable, Attractive, Rugged, High Quality
"Came standard on my new Cannondale. Haven't had a puncture in 5 months (and bugger all cuts) and we have heaps of glass on the road mixed with heaps of wet tarmac this year. The tyre feels harder than say GP4's or Gatorskins and probably don;t roll quite as well. In saying that it is an excellent training tyre, that handles well and has made me rather cocky when it comes to avoiding glass. I just ride straight through it....
They look good too with only the white letters."
