Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, Comfortable, Rugged, High Quality, Lightweight, Good Fit
"These tyres are wonderfully fast and smooth, offering plenty of grip. I've matched them with Michelin latex inner tubes and the feel and puncture resistance is fantastic, none yet and I've ridden over rough ground and hit potholes. Forget the flimsy, puncture prone Schwalbe Ultremo ZX, get yourself some Veloflex!"

Great Road Tyre

Cons: tight fit when fitting and removing
"Been trying a few different tyres out lately and as much as I love the Conti GP4000 these tyres are a step up.
Good grip, fast rolling, lightweight and high TC.
Only real issue I had was not using tools when fitting or removing these tyres. They are a tight fit and my thumbs aren't strong enough.
However I would recommend these as a good Event or Comp tyre."

"Lightweight, fast rolling clinchers. Comfortable as tubs. Classy skinwalls look good on any bike, although they do become grubby if used in the wet. Somewhat fast wearing too, but still good value."

"Great looking tyres, but after 70 miles rear tyre punctured but did not go through to inner. Green scab put on and it seems to have worked.
Wanted to buy a few more but Wiggle don't have any in stock...SHOCK!"

CLINCHERS
"As others I bought these for the retro look, I was worried about punctures but they have managed 2000Ks with little problems. They are fast and corner on big decents incredibly well. Nightmare to get on but make up for it. Im gonna buy some more and stick 'em all my other bikes."

"These tyres were a big surprise
I bought them for my vintage bike because of the gum walls but have been amazed by the ride.
I always ride top of the range Vittoria but found these to be every bit as good if not better"

"Had tyre on a month now and very happy with it`s performance , it rolls very smoothly and has a soft feel even at pressures of 120 llbs pressure .Found the tyre easy to put on rim which was big concern after previously using Michelin pro 3`s which were a nightmare . Puncture resistance seems good at moment , grip very goog even in wet . Highly recommend ."

Fantastic tyre

"I got a pair of these for the track. They roll smooth are very light and grip well to the concrete banks. They were easy to mount and I didn't need to use levers to get them onto my Velocity Aeroheads. Very happy with these tyres and looking forward to seeing how many seasons I can get out of them."

"Used these for years having tried various others. For both racing and summer training. Roll very fast and extremely comfortable even at high pressures (>110psi), grippy, even in wet. Feel very thin, but actually more durable than you would imagine. Pair them with latex inner tubes for the perfect combination - rival good tubs for comfort and speed, and much easier to look after."
