Vittoria Latex Inner Tube

The Vittoria Latex road inner tube is a must have cycling essential for 700c bike wheels if you like watching your bike weight. Latex tubes will require pumping up more often as due to the material used in construction, air seeps out slowly over time.

Luck with large latex tubes in small tyres
Pros: puncture resistant
Cons: air loss
"I have experienced dramatically fewer punctures since switching to the large size (25-28) Vittoria latex tubes. Previously I was using Continental Supersonic butyl tubes. I am still using the same set of Continental GP4000S (25) tyres. Gone from a couple of punctures a month to none in 8 months. Same daily route (40km total) littered with glass.
I can notice the roll resistance is better than butyl. I think ride comfort is a bit better.
On the other hand, the air loss is slightly alarming. I have to pump every morning. But I will take that anytime over fixing punctures on the road. Pumping is easy with a good floor pump."

Highly recommended
Pros: Great Value, Comfortable, High Quality
"I couldn´t belive the difference beetween the supersonic continental innertubes compared to this ones! The Supersonic rides much harder and when I changed to the Latex Vittoria it felt like a brand new bike! The comfort is silky smooth and I just want to ride on forever."

Magic
Pros: Durable, Comfortable, High Quality, Lightweight, Good Fit
"Easy to fit, smooth to ride and they take 160 psi easily. I have matched them with Vredestein Fortezza Tri Comp slicks. Just inflate them slowly so any wrinkles pop out naturally. They do leak away about 20psi a day so pumping them up becomes a regular pre ride routine but this isn't a problem in itself"

Try them
Pros: Great Value, Comfortable, High Quality, Lightweight
"This is the first time I've tried a Latex tube, can't believe that the tube can make so much diference to the feel of the bike. So far only run about 200km but very I'm very happy.
Will be back to buy more for my other bike.

A good alternative to Michelin Latex tube.
Pros: Great Value, Comfortable, Lightweight, Good Fit
"It weighed in at 72g (18-23) and is lighter than Michelin Aircomp Latex tube in the same size by almost 20g.
I've been running these tubes for a couple of weeks and clocked only 300 miles, so I can't vouch for the puncture resistance and long term durability (hence the 4 stars). But the initial impressions about rolling resistance and ride quality have been really positive.
If these prove to be as robust, they'll replace the Michelin Aircomps on my other clincher wheels."

"Quality seems good and removable core is a big plus for latex tubes. Gets them my vote ahead of Michelin!"
