"OK if you run Tubs or slime filled or tubeless you don't but fo us mere mortals you do. And 5 at a time is a sensible number to buy if you need to hold 26 x1.25, 26x2, 700c 25, 700c 35 and 20x1.5 tubes without filling your garage with tubes. Contis are good quality at a reasonable proce too."
Pros: Great Value, High Quality
Cons: Limited Color Choices

"These fingerless gloves are good value and fit well but the closign velcro tab is an unusal shape and the sweat/snot patch is not a large as it was on their predecessors. Still a good buy though as rthe padding is both grippy and comfy."
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Comfortable
Cons: small sweat patch

"These shorts are a great compromise of value versus performance. They are comfy (the grippers on the leggs are surprisingly good) and the shoulder straps are wide enough to prevent diggign in but not so wide that they get in the way of other straps (like the camelbak ones)."
Pros: Great Value, Comfortable, Good Fit
Cons: Limited Color Choices

"These are easy to fit, last longer than many branded equivalents (1500-1750 miles) quiet in operation and I have never broken a KMC chain (not even the thin 10 speed ones and I have snapped a couple of Shimno ones of that type)"
Pros: Great Value, Rugged, High Quality

"Not the sort of thing you'd normally spend much time on, but this time I have changed the spead of gears, and the HG50 range allow you to do this easily.
These tend to last 1500-1750 miles so relativley hard wearing too."

"OK so it's not perfect, the bit to remove the left hand cranks screwed plug is a bit of a faff, but if you are going to do your own Hollowtech II BB replacement this is just what you need, Beware of over torquing though if you are a gorilla."

What chain can I use with this?

This is listed as HG50 cassette ... HG50 chains are listed as 7/8-speed ... what chain should I use? Hoping to use a KMC chain.

Value for money dual sided SPD pedal, a favorite XC mountain bike pedal. Super-compact and lightweight design for a multitude of cycling uses. Sealed cartridge bearing spindle keeps out water and mud for a smooth action, and makes for a durable pedal.

When buying SPD pedals do I also need to buy the cleats as well which are seperate or do I just need the pedal and then buy the shoe that fits thats?

you get a set of cleats with the pedals, but you need to make sure that the shoes you like take a two bolt spd cleat, the wiggle site will guide you on this.
