Analysis, inspiration and innovation are the key words behind the development of the Tao, the Tacx superlight streamlined bottle cage. The shape of the bike and its technical components inspired the designers.

"These cages are really light and sturdy for the price, but I've got 2 problems with them. First, they're really tight for a regular bottle, and there's no chance of fitting a litre bottle in (as opposed to the regular 700ml one). Second, I have a compact frame, and with one of those there's no chance of getting anything bigger than a 500ml bottle on the seat tube. Fine if you're racing for an hour perhaps, but not ideal for long rides when you want as much fluid as possible with you."
Pros: Durable, Lightweight
Cons: poor design for compact frame

Gain motivating feedback with the Forerunner® 220 GPS running watch featuring distance, pace, and connected features like automatic uploads to Garmin Connect™.

Is it possible to switch between current pace and average pace of the run-to-date?

I want to be able to see, whilst running, the average pace of the run so far, and the pace I'm running at, at that specific moment. Is that possible with this watch?

What about mounting screws?

Are they included in the package too, or do I need to buy it separately?
