"These are great for rehydration after a run or cycle and also for taking with you in your hydration pack or bottle. Just drop one table into 500ml of water and within a few minutes its all ready. Had the mixed berry and citrus flavours both taste pretty good. Really help reduce that post exercise headache I tend to get if I just drink water. Also saves on the need to store large containers of powder or bottles of ready made electrolyte. Really good value to 20 tablets each making 500ml considerably cheaper and I would say tastier than many of the bottled stuff on the market. Also handy for taking on holiday if your planning to excercise or just to drink if its really hot or you get an upset tummy!"

"Have bought the ankle sock version of these before and they are great for running and reduce soft spots and blisters dramatically compared to other socks I have worn. The socklets are great as you don't get that unattractive tan line round your ankle if you are our running in the sunshine. The design means they stay firmly put and don't slip down into your trainer."

"Bought a tube of these as a trial as I have been using the powder up until now. Found the single tablets really easy to use can put them straight into my hydration pack and away I go. Taste good too, clean and fresh does not leave that coating on your teeth that some other similar products seems to. Will definetly buy them again."

One tube of whatever flavour you order with 20 tablets in each one each will make 500ml
