"I have now been using Hi Five Zero for about 6 months. I used to suffer regularly with cramp especialy in my ham strings after long or hard rides. Since using Hi Five Zero the cramps have virtually disappeared.
I find them easy to use pop one and a half in my camal back leave for few minutes until disolved. I do find that they effervess so increase the air pressue inside the bladder and need to remove excess air, no real difficulty doing it though.
The falvours are pretty bland and I have increased the recommended strength.
I sometimes take spare water and te tablets with me so ifI am not sure about a route I can make another drink when needed. Being a tight Yorkshireman this also mean I am not wasting any tablets."
Pros: High Quality, Lightweight
Cons: Expensive

Whats the nutritional breakdown per 100mls when made up as directed?

Has Zero calories and replaces body salts that are lost during exercise.

Not a drink to used if taking part in ultra distance events.
