"I know that barefooters and minimalist fanatics will be rolling their eyes and looking away in horror on seeing me call these shoes minimal..... but they are excellent MINIMALISTic shoes!
For those of us who dare I say, still prefer (and do just fine) with a 15mm drop, these 5.0s allow me to strike mid/forefoot with hips and knees in a more ideally extended position, which in turn helps my form.
I normally run in LunarGlides, but use these 5.0s for speed/hills reps/short tempo work.
"
Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Lightweight, Good Fit, minimalist without being ott
Cons: potentially wears quickly???

"Precise, clear instructions without the 'spiritual' side that can creep into yoga practice. EXCELLENT modifications for stiffs like me, I finally know what those props/blocks are used for!
I tracked down the DVD, which is even better, in that you have the ability to program the yoga series you feel like doing in a given session.
Thoroughly recommended.

DVD included?

One of the reviews talks of a DVD, but the description does not clarify whether it is just the book or a book/DVD combo...?
No DVD included, but I may be the wrong person to answer that as I don't work for Wiggle. I bought the book from Wiggle, DVD from Endurance Films.
