"The pedal cleats on these pedals are awful to fit and allow very little room for adjustment. Which is needed despite the free float. The cleats are cumbersome. Basically you have half a pedal attached to your foot. The biggest flaw however I found is in use all the pressure from your foot is concentrated in one small spot. This makes ot feel very unstable and after a few miles resulted in feet cramps due to the concentrated pressure in one area. Basically feels like just pedalling on the spindles. Not very comfortable at all personally. Back tp spd's me thinks."
