Defy 4: aluminium engineering at it's best. It's light, it's lively and it's perfectly tuned for the way you ride.

"really ummed and arr'd over buying this bike, would have like to have paid more if had the money or got 'bike to work' voucher (didn't).
I read all the reviews which seemed on the whole positive so went for it and am pleased I did.
some reviewers had mentioned the bike was heavy as a con, but in my opinion its fairly light.
Was easy to put together (and I am really useless at stuff like that) and was out on it after about 10 minutes for a test drive.
Rides well, though I am experiencing some difficulties with the gears which I think maybe more me than the bike.
Basically, love it."

Value for money dual sided SPD pedal, a favorite XC mountain bike pedal. Super-compact and lightweight design for a multitude of cycling uses. Sealed cartridge bearing spindle keeps out water and mud for a smooth action, and makes for a durable pedal.
