"bright enough for road biking on unlit country lanes, can see potholes and mud etc. does tend to creep round on handlebars and point upwards when going over bumps but easily pushed back into position.
battery life pretty much as advertised, close to 2hrs on full beam when fully charged, which takes 6+ hours

"I used these this winter for long offroad training rides. Good traction in all but the deepest mud where a wider tyre would have been more suitable but they do seem quite vulnerable to thorn punctures. fast enough on road sections"
Pros: Lightweight, Versatile
Cons: Wears Out Easily

"Bought this to wear on long runs (2hr+) where I need a hydration pack. The back wicks better than most, and the deep chest zip makes ventilation easy, but zipped right up along with the longer body that can tuck in it's also good for cold mornings,. Probably a bit warm for the height of summer but is now definitely my favourite top."

"I needed a straight seat post to optimise my bike fit. This was good value and so far seems strong, but not too heavy. it is a bit fiddly to get the seat on but not a major problem."

"for the last few years I've been using mask type goggles (Aquasphere Seal etc) as nothing else seemed to fit my eyes. After about 2 or 3 sessions these have settled to my face really well and are far less intrusive than masks. No leaks or discomfort now, so give them time before saying they don't fit."

"Works exactly as I wanted - Fit is slim but not over tight, warm enough for Autumn rides especially when coupled with arm warmers, but not over hot like a jacket, Pockets secure but easily accessible. When first put on the neck seemed loose, as others have mentioned, but once in lower riding position this is not an issue."
Pros: Great Value, Comfortable, Good Fit

can you wear thick winter socks with these?

Im a size 44 casual shoe and was wondering if i could fit a boot style sock under these as well as wearing a normal sock without having to get a size up
yes you can, but the straps are a bit short and need to be pulled quite tight if you do. might be better off going a size up
