"X-small ordered. Thick cotton, good fit. Would have been good to have a "ladies" fit. Overall, I'm pleased with the item."

"I wanted to try SPD pedals for ages. I have Shimano A520's on my Specialized Dolce racer and having been given a shiny Specialized Myka for my birthday I was keen to swap the existing pedal for SPDs.
I read lots of reviews for various pedals and eventually selected these as my choice. Main criteria - under £30, known make, good reviews.
Installed easily. I adjusted the tension right off as I was a little nervous about getting unclipped and falling off. I was very impressed. Fabulous pedal - easy to clip in and out! No problems!
A happy girl!"
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, Comfortable, High Quality, Rugged, Adjustable, Versatile, Good Fit

Will these pedals and clips fit my cycle shoes

I received the dhb M1 cycle shoes for xmas. Can you advise if the following Pedal and cleats will be best for my shoes:

Shimano M424 SPD Pedals; and
Shimano SPD MTB Cleats.

In respect of cleats 'I am a novice', should I have Multi Release or Standard Release?

Many Thanks
Pete
I've got M424 SPD pedals with one pair of shoes with SH56 cleats and another pair of shoes with SH51.

The SH56 are multi release, which I prefer - as a relative novice!

Cheers
