"3 of us flew to Eastern Europe with these - just remove pedals, turn handlebars, and slide the bike in. None of the bikes suffered any damage.
Since the bike looks like a bike and not a suitcase it is (hopefully) treated like a bike. It also has the advantage that is can be folded down and stuffed in a pannier.
Would recommend."
Pros: Great Value, Lightweight

"After suffering considerable discomfort on a titanium/gel racing saddle, I took the plunge and bought a Brooks.
I was expecting to have to allow a few hundred miles for the saddle to break in, but found it to be very comfortable out of the box, and as it is starting to mould itself to my shape, it is now even more comfortable.
I have since done several 80 mile rides, as well as a 100 mile ride on the saddle, and the only part of me that was sore the next day was my head! (for different reasons) Although the saddle feels hard to touch, in use it does actually give a little, which takes some of the sting out of potholes.
The saddle does need some looking after though - get the maintenence kit, which comes with a tensioning spanner and a tin of proofide with a polishing cloth. Also worth carrying a plastic bag or something to cover the saddle at tea-stops, in case of rain (getting it wet and then riding it would ruin it, although it is apparently showerproof)"
Pros: Comfortable
Cons: fairly heavy but worth it for the comfort, needs looking after but worth it!

Size

Does anyone know what this bag weighs, and how big it is both folded up and opened out?

Many thanks.

Karl.
Not sure what it weighs, but it easily fitted in an ortlieb front pannier once folded.

Unfolded it will easily take a full size touring bike with room to spare- just turn the handlebars and remove the pedals.
