"Got on a half price offer so I would certainly recommend these at that price. I'd say these are pretty basic gels and powders that do the job. May be it is the simple nature of the products that makes them less likely to turn your stomach.
Taste is ok as with most energy products."

"Suffer from cold feet even on mild days, these socks are a great addition. Fit nicely and remove sweat which tends to cause the feet to get cold. I find the socks are damp but my skin isn't, so they do the job well.
Very well made, tough and washed a dozen times already. No complaints at all."
Pros: Durable, High Quality, Good Fit
Cons: Limited Color Choices

"I originally bought a single tube from a local shop but liked them enough to get a whole box.
Just pop one in a bottle, let it fizz and away you go. No more mess with powder and knowing that this doesn't contain a load of calories means you can regulate your calorie intake through food alone. Also this makes them great for shorter rides in warm conditions where you just seat but aren't using up lots of energy.
Easy to carry this tube in a pocket and refill a bottle with water, bingo another isotonic drink."
Pros: Great Value, tasty, low calorie, no mess, portable

ZERO is the new electrolyte drink from High5; it's virtually calorie free (1.4 cal per 100ml) and has a light refreshing taste.

How many can you take in a day?

Does anyone know the maximum tabs you can take in a day? There's no usage section on these so I'm not sure if u can have 2 a day or 10.
Depends how thirsty you are and how hot the weather is. The dose is one or two per 750ml bottle. I would only use 2 tabs if the weather was very hot. In the winter I tend to use half as I don't like drinking plain water - find it swills around in my stomach.

Basically, use these while riding/running and then one bottle after exercise.
