"Bought this for the daily commute on my CX bike. They are quite heavy but in this case that means robust, no punctures so far although that might be the kiss of death. Once up to speed they roll fine, you wouldn't expect a zippy race tyre, that is not their job. As a bonus they have a reflective line around the rim, handy for making you more visible from the side. These are an absolute bargain for commuting or canal paths. I'd not hesitate to buy a set again."
Pros: Great Value, Rugged, Good Fit

"firm impression was these are a great race sock, lightweight and wick away moisture keeping the feet dry. Unfortunately they don't seem particularly hard wearing, after only a dozen or so outings I've a hole in one already!"

"well made and comfortable socks. Not for hot weather as they are reasonably thick, great for running in cooler weather and as they are that wee bit thicker also good for on the bike to keep the feet warmer."

"Like a number of others I was swayed by the price, 8 quid seemed like a no lose buy. I was wrong, they are poor fitting and despite much mucking about it is nearly impossible to get a good fit, only by having them on very tight and uncomfortable could I get them watertight. Have had other sighs that have been good but could not recommend these."

"I bought these as I use my MTB for various things, commuting, going out with the kids, going to the stops and occassionally off roading. The beauty of these pedals is that as one side is like a traditional pedal you can happily go out with a pair of trainers on but when you want your proper bike shoes for a real ride you can do that too as the cleats are on the other side.
Obviously these will never be the lightest pedals and are not performance oriented however they are exceptionally practical if you don't always want to don the bike shoes to use your bike.

ZERO is the new electrolyte drink from High5; it's virtually calorie free (1.4 cal per 100ml) and has a light refreshing taste.

Can I add these to a CamelBak water bladder without any issues?

So long as you clean out bladder properly there should be no problems. I'd highly recommend zeros.

Are these pedals double sided? Presume they work with Shimano M076 shoes?

One side has the cleat mount, the other side is a plain pedal to use when you are using regular shoes
