"nice product. First time using these and was a little unsure as felt a bit tight at top. But found it best to pull them right up to top of thigh then put on shorts over them."

"spending more time off road was picking up a puncture or 2 on nearly every trip out. (tiny thorns) Thought these were expensive but was desperate. GOOD NEWS no punctures since they were fitted which was easy to do. Probably more convinient to fit puncture resistant tyre in 1st place but this works out slightly cheaper option."
Pros: Good Fit

"Have used clipless pedals on road bike for years. So decided to try these for the MTB. Easy to fit and adjust. Was not sure at first if they would work with the DHB shoes that we got at the same time but no problems.
All in all a sound puchase. Easy to use without proper shoes because of the cage"
Pros: Adjustable, Good Fit, High Quality

Are the cleats recessed?

Are SPD cleats, when fitted, recessed? Can you walk comfortably in these shoes?
I would disagree with last answer having just fitted spd cleats to these shoes. They are fully recessed and should not have trouble walking in them
