Cycled with straps for a year, blue or yellow?
I adapt quickly to new styles of cycling, so wondering if buying yellow cleats would work out expensive because I’d need to buy blue ones shortly after.
What would you recommend?

i have tried both, i would go for the blue as I prefer less float , there is no difference engaging, but easier to disengage as you don't have to twist the foot as much . Just set up your shoe nice and straight with the knee travelling in a comfortable position.
I would recommend a bike qualified fit andt a good bike shop to get everything set up efficiently.
