"As a previous review stated this unit is grey and black not blue as in the pictures.
Instructions supplied are not that great, but if you have a bit of common sense you can get there in the end.
Unit works well using the gears on the bike, the adjustable resistance on the unit itself is not that easy to use (very stiff).
Very quiet, even when at high speed.
of putting together, very quiet in use, folds away nicely for easy storage.
"
Pros: High Quality, Adjustable, quiet

Setting resistance

Hi
I seem to be having problem setting the resistance on the trainer correctly. I'm using continental ultra gatorskin tyres 700x23c 100psi (as it was worse with 120psi)

I know something isn't right as when I stop pedalling wheel stops instantly absolutely no flywheel movement. The resistance is set to 10 via the cable which I assume is the lowest setting?

I've tried turning the knob on the underside but it doesn't allow enough adjustment.

I assume I didn't need to use the enclosed adapter's with a 700c wheel
Ii used the adaptors for my 700c wheel and seems to work fine.
