"Such a simple device. Do you know when your chain is wearing out, or do you just guess? This is just the easiest way, over .75 then its time to change your chain. Over 1 then its probably too late and you have also worn out your chainset and cassette, a much more expensive prospect. All my friends checked their chains and to their horror over half need a new chain, the MTBers more than the roadies."
Pros: Great Value, High Quality, easy to use

Value for money dual sided SPD pedal, a favorite XC mountain bike pedal. Super-compact and lightweight design for a multitude of cycling uses. Sealed cartridge bearing spindle keeps out water and mud for a smooth action, and makes for a durable pedal.

"This is the only tyre that the people in our club use. Good mileage, fewer punctures, a great overall tyre. We are not pro's, mainly older people who bike for fun, fitness and coffee. Ideal for the rougher NZ roads."
Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Durable, Great Value, High Quality

What kind of chain is this for?10 or 9 speed? shimano or campy?

They are good for any chain, the distance between the links is standard, not like the width of a chain (10 speed chains are narrower than 9sp)

When buying SPD pedals do I also need to buy the cleats as well which are seperate or do I just need the pedal and then buy the shoe that fits thats?

The pedals come with cleats included, will fit most shoes.
