"I love this stuff. Great barrier cream for cooler conditions, early morning starts or when you don't want to go with leg warmers.
Great for days when you may get a bit of rain - stops your legs from getting numb with combination of water & wind.
It's not a warm-up cream so no 'deep heat' type feeling - just a pure barrier cream"

"Pretty hard to go past these tyres IMHO. Have tried just about every brand out there, but always come back to these.
Grip is excellent - feels so secure compared to other tyres, especially in the wet. No issues with rolling resistance - some folks reckon they're not as slick as Michellin Pro Race, but I haven't noticed any issues.
They can get cut up a bit, but with the Vectran bead, they're highly puncture and pinch flat resistant. Best bang for buck out there.
Can be hard to put on the first time, but there's a nother great review post on the site outlining how to get around this - ie put the tyre on without the tube and leave overnight. Tends to stretch the bead out slightly so is easier to fit without need for levers"
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, Comfortable, High Quality, Lightweight, Versatile, fast, grip

will fit Cateye rear lights/LEDs with standard square mount, sizes refer to the clamp diameter, small clamps are to fit seat stays etc, universal clamp fits seat posts

"Highly recommend buying this clamp bracket as opposed to using the newer system that comes standard with the cateye rear lights.
This kit has a more traditional style screw-in bracket that fits better to non-standard seat tubes and seat stays - much less fiddly then the new system"
Pros: Durable, Great Value, High Quality, Adjustable, Lightweight, Good Fit

A must-have for urban night riding. The new TL-LD610 is slimmer and brighter than its predecessor, with five LEDs and three modes that maximize your visibility.

"Probably the best value for money rear light out there. Visibility/clarity is excellent.
On the negative side, the new mounting bracket system is stupid & very fiddly - particularly if swapping between bikes and for non-standard seat stays & seat posts. I ended up buying a separate mounting bracket from Wiggle that was easier to adjust/fit"
Pros: Durable, Great Value, High Quality, Rugged, Lightweight, Versatile
Cons: Unadjustable, mounting bracket not great

Comparable Size Question

Hi

I currently use a size 42 in the Shimano R315 road shoe. Would a size 42 be comparable fit in the Lake's?
thanks

Especially for those who cycle all year round, in every kind of road and weather conditions, including pavé and heavy rain, Vittoria decided to improve one of its most traditional models, the "CG", and raise it to the EVO level.

Which way round do you mount these tyres (front and back), there are no directional arrows.

In general with Vittoria tyres always mount the tyre so that the sticker/ labels that are on the tyre side walls are on the right hand side

Is there another bracket/clamp that is more slimline than the SP10 that suits the TL-LD610?

Yes - you can purchase a Cateye Rear Light Clamp separately from Wiggle. Very cheap and gives you 2 different clamp styles. This is the more old school style screw-in clamp.

I bought this as the newer system is stupid, fiddly and doesn't suit non-traditional seat tubes/seat stays.
