"found with other energy drinks that mixing the powder and stuff in the big shakers to be quite tiresome and didnt enjoy drinking out of the big shakers either. Just pop one of these into an ordinary bottle of water and away you go. very convienient. got citrus flavour and tasted good, not too strong so able to drink a lot of it without getting tired of the taste. cheaper alternative to many other brands and provides the same if not better effect whilst a lot less calories."

"great value tights for cold winter night. found recovery to be better when wearing these. worth it alone for the mental insentive to go train when you know your legs wont be freezing."

"didnt notice any big difference in performance but maybe this is because i play sport requiring a lot of high intensity instead of long steady work outs. Found heart rate increased a lot after taking this product which i found uncomfortable. if it worked however would be great value because tub lasts forever."

"UA do great quality products and this one is no different. Only slight problem was that its a small bit small. Got the large but could probably have done with the extra large. still works well though."

Can I add Zero to my sports drink (usually Torq)? Will doing this help to reduce cramp?
dont see why not. recommend the neutral flavour for doing this though unless you drink is the same flavour as the zero options. will provide better hydration so should help with cramp.
