"I swapped from another brand to try these due to continually having cramp coming on longer rides. So far I have had no repeats of either calf or thigh cramp so need to recommend these to others that may be suffering. Only tried the banana, but plenty of other varieties to choose.
Worth the cost to avoid the pain !!

ZERO is the new electrolyte drink from High5; it's virtually calorie free (1.4 cal per 100ml) and has a light refreshing taste.
 

Can I add these to a CamelBak water bladder without any issues?

Yes. Just ensure you wash out as usual after use
