DSP (DuraSoft Polymer) bar tape was created for superior comfort, optimised feel and control. Customers want an option for a thicker bar tape. The 3.2mm DSP is our thickest tape and has a new distinct pattern.

Speedplay pedals are incredibly lightweight thanks to intelligent engineering. The engagement mechanism is housed in the cleat, not the pedal, allowing you to have a double sided pedal with one mechanism (rather than one on each side of the pedal).

"Needed speedplay for the longer axles.
Pedals themselves are ok nothing too special.
Cleats however take some fiddling, If you are on a 4 bolt sole happy days, If you're 3 bolt though take care! you need to get the snap shims right or you won't be able to clip in or out if you manage to force it in. (the cleat will bend to the shape of the sole) You will also need to take care not to over or under tighten any of the bolts and use thread lock on everything. or it will either come loose or break the 3 bolt adapter plate leaving you with a frustrating ride home and if you're unlucky like me the threads missing from the soles of your shoes. These are quite pricey for what they are and it seems most of it went on the box!!
Coffee covers essential any mud in the cleats and you won't clip in..
When you get used to them they are brilliant, just take care at first."
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Expensive, Low Quality, Wears Out Easily

Foam rollers are crucial to muscle recovery. Using a roller for self-massage helps you achieve greater muscle flexibility, improves range of motion and improves blood flow to your muscles. All of this works to get you back to action faster.

High cuff overshoes with a 3mm Neoprene construction and thermo welded seams to seal out the wind and rain. When your training plan pitches you against torrential rain and freezing cold, Diluvio (Flood) overshoes keep you dry and in control.

"Very warm even when your feet are soaking wet, and they will get wet in anything more than light spray. (I'm yet to find any that don't without making your feet sweat like crazy) You need to be very careful with these, I knelt down to fix a puncture and now have holes in the toes of both covers! They are made to perform on the bike and no where else.
I'm a Sidi 48 and the 2XL are perfect."

"I have ridden over 3000 miles on this wheel and it's still as true as when I first took it from the box, Somehow manages to be brilliant at getting power to the road whilst at the same time being comfortable when the road gets a little rough, If you can only have one set of wheels for everything on a mid level budget it should be these."

Is the 1.85mm spacer provided all that is required for either a 9 speed or 10 speed cassette?

Check the instructions that came in the box they explain which spacers are required in which configuration for the model of cassette you have.
