Essential for longer rides, Assos Chamois Creme is formulated to reduce friction, inflammation and discomfort. Applied to the skin, it gives a soothing, cooling effect and applied to the short it helps maintain suppleness, elasticity and freshness.
"I was always sceptical as to what difference this could actually make. Well having bought and tried it I would urge everyone to buy and use some. No more chaffing and so much more comfortable on every ride."
"First ever set of mudguards for a road bike, fairly easy to fit but probably an hour rathern than the half hour suggested. Been for a couple of rides with no rubbish or rattling issues. Fortunately no rain to test them yet so cant comment on that aspect"

"Bought my first proper helmet given the increase in miles I am doing. Having read the previous review thought this looked a good option despite the cost. First impressions were good and made me realise how flimsy my old cheaper helmet was. Been used for a few two hour rides now and found it light and well ventilated. But have found it starts to get uncomfortable towards the end of the ride. Not sure if this is because its a new helmet, I havent fitted it correctly or if its the helmet in general. In hindsight should probably have tried before I bought!"

The Finchdean shorts use the latest generation of fabrics all featuring highly breathable properties with a perfect anatomical panel design to ensure a snug yet extremely comfortable fit.
The Finchdean short uses a seamless stretchy "Silver Dry", "Cool Max" "Gel" Pad. The pad is made with different materials each having their own unique feature. The latest in "Cool Max" fabrics is there to rapidly absorb perspiration and channels it to the outside of the short, keeping you comfortable for longer. The "Silver Dry" Ion feature is a lasting Anti-Bacterial property. Lastly the "Gel" pad design offers superb comfort, anti-shock protection thanks to the "Gel" inserts that eliminate vibrations. The rest of the pad is high density foam with various thickness that offers increased protection where pressure is higher.
dhb clothing is used by the riders in Team Wiggle and the Charge Team Riders
Are these brushed shorts suitable for summer use or are the normal finchdean shorts better for that?
