Designed for the rigours of BMX as well as off-road racers. Dual-sided pop-up bindings that position the pedal body at 12.5 degrees angle for easy and fast entry, with adjustable cleat tension and indicators to show tension for each side.

Can you use these without clipping in?

I believe the cage on some pedals allows them to be ridden just using suitable trainers so that you don't need to clip in... I think the M424s allow this. Is it possible to use these pedals without clipping in... for example, if I just wanted to jump on and ride to the shop for a few minutes but didn't want to have to go to the trouble of putting shoes with cleats on?

Compatible with FH-RM30 9 speed

I have a FH-RM30 hub with a 9 speed cassette (Deore derailleur) even though the Shimano site seems to only list a 7 or 8 speed version of the FH-RM30. Will this hub be compatible with mine?
