The Compressport R2 was the number one calf guard worn at the Ironman World Championships in Kona 2010. The Compressport R2 calf guard boosts your venous return, reducing the accumulation of toxins while increasing oxygenation to the muscles.

"What I love about these calf guards is they actually fit! A firm close fit means they do not budge, but are very comfortable. The sizing ensure accurate fit. Having had two previous pairs of calf guards that did not fit (either too tight or too loose) I had lost the will a little with using them. But these are great - I have just ordered a second pair!
They really feel that they work too and I have used them during training, races and for recovery.

Value for money dual sided SPD pedal, a favorite XC mountain bike pedal. Super-compact and lightweight design for a multitude of cycling uses. Sealed cartridge bearing spindle keeps out water and mud for a smooth action, and makes for a durable pedal.

"I really like these pedals and use them both on my road bike and mountain bike - particularly through the winter and for commuting.
Durable, light enough, easy to clip in and out of and compact.
They can get a little clogged up with mud but they are easy to clean and maintain.
Highly recommend!

Are the PD-M520 pedals dual sided?

Yes they are dual sided pedals so easy to use particularly for commuting and mountain biking when getting your foot clicked in quickly can be important.

one size fits all?

Are there any technical differnces between white/grey/black colours.
There are no technical differences at all between the different colour pedals. Choose the colour that matches your bike best :-)
