"Socks are socks! These are good quality, but the sizing is a bit strange. Ordered my normal size, but these are very big with the heal up around my shin bone. Still quite comfy though!"
Designed for performance cyclists, Edge 500 is small and lightweight. It tracks speed, distance, GPS position and elevation, so you can get the most from your training and racing. Bundle includes Premium HRM, Speed and Cadence sensors.
"This order was a warranty replacement. The 1st computer turned into a brick with a software update. Top marks to Garmin & Wiggle customer service for attempts to reset and eventual replacement.
The device is great. Lots of functions. Totally reliable as far as HR & cadence signal pickup. Send your data to Garmin Connect for sharing and analysis."
Pros: Durable, Attractive, High Quality, Rugged, Lightweight
"The belt is comfy and a good fit, but I found the whole Polar system to be very unreliable and poor performing.
Had a Polar 200 CAD, worked OK initially, but then the speed sensor failed, then the HR sensor became unreliable. New batteries and adjustments did not improve matters.
I bought this sensor & belt to see if I could get the system working. I eventually gave up and went to a different manufacturer as recommended by my mates!"
"My first Camelbak and it meets all my needs. Don't know why I took so long to get one. A sufficient fluid capacity for a good long ride and enough space for all the other gear you need on the trail.
Verstile - Enough space in pockets & pouches to hold a small pump, a couple of inner tubes, wallet, mobile phone. energy bar, multi-tool, keys (secured by clip) as well as a light jacket.
Comfortable - Once you get going you will forget it is there. Fits well, so that it doesn't feel loose whilst cycling, but provides ventialtion to avoid a sweaty back! Adjustable straps have ends secured by velcro to avoid flapping in the breeze.
Practical - Need a drink, Grab the tube & just take a slurp. No more bottles bouncing away on the downhill, no mud splattered nozzles!
Only gripe is that it can be difficult to work out how much fluid you have left in the bag."
Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, High Quality, Adjustable, Versatile, Good Fit
An update of one of the all-time greats, the PZT-2 Pizza Tool is bigger (for better hand position), better (super sharp, large diametre stainless steel cutting wheel cuts through even the toughest terrain), and stronger!
"A Park tool that slices pizza - what more do want! Great as a present. Attractively presented and of the excellent quality you would expect from Park tools."
Pros: Attractive, High Quality, Rugged

Sirius Soft Gel Folding Magnetic Turbo Trainer
Tacx launches a new innovation! The Sirius is a striking cycletrainer featuring a "silent" action.
"Even with the instructions this turbo trainer is a bit tricky to put together, but once complete is a delight to use. The flexibilty of the frame seems strange at first but leads to a pleasant and comfortable ride. The magnetic resistance adjustment is very smooth. Comes with a good warranty and spares are easy to acquire. A little bit pricey - but you get what you pay for."

There are no problems with clouds . The edge 500 can on occasions lose signal under dense tree cover, but usually very good and if it does lose he signal will regain it very quickly when back in the open.

Can I use my 26 inch wheel mountain bike on the trainer?
Yes - I use my old MTB on this trainer. I've put a slick 26 x 2.1 tyre on the rear. There is loads of adjustment so could take even larger fat tyres. Would not recommend using knobbly tyres - the vibration & noise will drive you nuts!
