"Mixed feelings here.
Firstly, they are definitely good quality shorts. Nice thick material that gives a bit of compression, great leg grips, decent pad.
The halter is a great idea.
Note for use: slip the halter off over your neck before trying to pull them down or you get stapled in half.
The single downside / problem I had was that the halter feels too tight around my neck and digs in uncomfortably. After an hour I just took it off and tucked it in to the shorts, which defeats the object a bit.
Plea to wiggle: in the next round please just add a simple adjustment strap (a la bra strap) so we can adjust the length of the halter. That change would take it to 5 stars!
"
Pros: Attractive, Durable, High Quality
Cons: Unadjustable, uncomfortable halterneck

"I tried the coconut flavour and they are yummy. Quite dense and filling, good flavour, and packaging that is easy to open with one hand / teeth when riding. The only imperfection is that they are slightly too sweet for my taste, otherwise very edible on or off the bike."

"These are brilliant for commuting. They actually do live up to the marketing of being bullet proof. You can easily ride through glass with no worries. They are heavy so not ones for your carbon summer racing bike, but perfect for the commuting bike.
Warning though they are incredibly difficult to put on and take off. There is a you tube video that gives some necessary tips on how to do it with these tyres.
Also be careful not to put too much air in the tyres. Normally I would go to 90 or 100 psi but go lower on these - I put 90 in the other day and the tube blew the tyre out! 80 is fine.

"These are completely waterproof and windproof booties. I get really cold feet in the winter and these have helped considerably - much more effective than overshoes, even the neoprene ones. Amazing to be able to go out in the winter without painfully cold feet!
They are expensive but seem good quality and if you suffer from the cold, they're worth it.
The only caution is you need to wear long socks with these, otherwise the top edge cuts up your ankles.

"My best Jersey! It fits perfectly, has all the pockets you want in all the right places, including a zip pocket. Zips up well and the zip doesn't do that unattractive bunching thing. Feels nice around the neck and arms. Great air tex style vents under the arms to keep cool. It might not last forever but overall good quality for the price. Totally recommend this top."

"I got these as economic spin shoes to save the hassle of changing over road/spin cleats each time.
Appearance - they look fine - nice and simple
Warning though, these are a big headache to set up - at least on mine, you had to saw through part of the sole with a stanley knife to be able to push through the opening to attach the cleats. (This might of course have been a one-off problem with this pair alone.)
Second warning is that they are very stiff - the top edge can cut into your ankle a bit. It's ok if you have thick socks that come up a few centimetres over your ankle, but don't wear them with ankle-length socks!
For £40ish they do fine as spin shoes but I wouldn't get them for riding."

Help! It is rubbing all the rubber off my back tyre!

Anyone know what might be going on here?
I've just used this 2 or 3 times and loads of tiny shreds of rubber are rubbing off the back tyre.. there is a noticeable bald-line on my back tyre now..
I am definitely still in the amateur/weakling category of cyclists, so this isn't due to some super-hard power-riding.
Any advice is much appreciated.

Current tyre size = 700 x 37 Will I get away with 35 or should I go with 38?

2mm either side should be fine, so you should be able to get away with either.
