"These came up on a Wiggle search for running sunglasses. I was slightly nervous about ordering because most of the reviews I had read were from cyclists plus a few from triathletes.
Unfortunately when they arrived my fears were confirmed; they are far too loose for running and just fell off my face as I moved it around.
I returned them straight away. They may be great for cycling (and I would have kept them if that was what I wanted them for) but try Sunwise if you want a decent pair of running shades."
Pros: Attractive, High Quality
Cons: Expensive, Poor Fit, Unadjustable, too loose for running

"Well made arm warmers that are suitable for the cool of spring or autumn. Lacking in a fleecy backing they may not be warm enough once the icy winter weather kicks in.
My biggest gripe is that they don't stay up very well on my arms, even in size small. Probably more due to my small arms than a problem with the product."
Pros: Great Value, Attractive, Lightweight
Cons: Poor Fit

How can I be sure what size to buy?

Go quite small is my experience or they don't stay up.
