"It's not easy to get excited about a bottle cage. This one is straightforward and does the job. It holds the bottle while you ride along, and lets it go when you want a drink. Seems well finished, and looks smart."
Pros: it works

"This crud guard set was attractively priced, and previous experience suggests that they'd be well designed and made. Right enough, and the rear guard fits well and does the job. The down side is the down tube - or rather down tube routed gear cables. The o-ring fixings for the front guard wrap round the down tube and in doing so push the gear cables out of line. It's only by a few mm, but enough to stop the rear mech indexing properly. Clean back, but dirty face - not a great look."
Pros: High Quality, Rugged, Lightweight
Cons: Poor Fit

Will the front mudguard fit a Specialised Rockhopper, the diagonal tube isnt round.

I would expect so - the front guard has two o-rings which stratch round the tube.
