"I bought this device as I have slight asthma and after working a 5 day 60 hour night or day shift I have found my breathing is not great. On the first ride i am struggling a bit. I have been using this device for the last month and i have seen a difference. I use it in the morning and evening as recommended. When you see the cycle forums they poo poo these but they are probably a lot fitter than me and have decent lungs. I would recommend it as a fitness aid to help a breathing workout when you cannot get out for a run or cycle."
Pros: good fitness aid.

The popular all-rounder Rubino has the perfect mix of features for most amateurs, with the endurance for the toughest challenges. These tyres are robust 60 TPI nylon casing, have a technical tread pattern and long life tread compound.

"Tried these on my touring bike and they rolled easier and were much quicker downhill. Great value tyre, just done a 60 mile ride in the wet and no problem with grip. Obviously not as comfy as the touring tyres."
Pros: Great Value, ideal for the amateur, made my touring bike quicker but less comfy.
