"Much more comfort though you do need to pump up ever other day. They also allegedly roll quicker but I can't testify to that without lab conditions"

Are these good for spring/autumn rides?

Up to what temperature could you wear these 3/4 tights?
I'd say yes, they are not overly hot. Fine up to 10-12c so long as your not on a TT
