"Very easy to set up. Quick-release allows bike to be taken off and put back on within seconds. The 8 settings of difficulty go from hard work (in top gear) to practically impossible; I'm still working on level 1 and occasionally 2, and am pretty fit. The only downside is that the way that the bike attaches (using a squeeze fit via the lever on the side of one arm) means that my bike leans ever so slightly to one side and I can't adjust that out. It's very minor but it's a bit annoying, although I can get rid of the problem by putting a bit of card under one side of the base."
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, Comfortable, High Quality, Rugged, Adjustable, Versatile, Good Fit
